Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated LPN - Ambulatory Hematology and Oncology to join The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN I, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality and compassionate care to our patients under the guidance of a healthcare provider or RN. Your responsibilities will include offering technical nursing care to patients in various health conditions, as well as performing clinical and administrative support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care according to established protocols and standards.
• Provide technical nursing assistance to patients across different health stages.
• Perform clinical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Offer support and guidance to patients and families during their healthcare journey.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Experience level requirements based on LPN experience and UVMMC employment duration.
