We are currently looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our HomeHealth department, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
