Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centered. Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
