Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to the discharge planning process. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
