Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. If you are an experienced LPN looking to make a difference in the lives of patients in the community, this is the opportunity for you. As part of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Work Schedule
- Job types: Per diem, part-time, full-time.
- Expected hours: 20-40 per week.
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.

- Standard shifts: Day shift, night shift.
- Weekly schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, rotating weekends.
- Work location: In person.
