Job Description

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join The Alice Center at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing a range of nursing services under the direction of healthcare providers. Your duties will include case finding, health teaching, and supervising clinical staff to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in compliance with established procedures and protocols.
• Supervise certified nurse aides and support personnel.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Current Practical Nurse license in New York State.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
