Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Pheasant Wood team for all shifts. This position offers new wages, shift differentials, and extensive benefits, including nursing student loan debt repayment and tuition assistance.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
