Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice.
