• Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with regulations.
• Train team members on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items.

Requirements

• LPN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with nursing practices and regulations.
• Computer proficiency with Windows applications.
• AccuMed experience preferred.
