LPN - Tuition Assistance

Genesis Healthcare is looking for full-time Evening and Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team at Pheasant Wood. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and a host of benefits including tuition assistance and nursing student loan debt repayment. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN delivers efficient nursing care, contributes to care planning, administers medications, and supervises patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed in skilled nursing centers.
