Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients and residents. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care, administer medications, and contribute to care planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care for positive clinical outcomes.
• Evaluate patient conditions and report changes.
• Supervise unlicensed staff and ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• State Board of Nursing licensure.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• BLS/CPR certification.
