Job Description
Genesis Health is currently hiring a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the evening shift at Applewood Center. As an LPN at Genesis Health, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
