Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and administer treatments.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
