Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients' conditions and report changes.
• Contribute to care assessments and planning.
• Administer medications as per orders.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
