Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to lead the design, development, and delivery of digital systems supporting Global Clinical Development Operations and other functions in R&D. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in clinical digital systems/analytics, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to optimize trial performance. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical trial operations and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development and delivery of digital systems to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
• Act as an expert advisor on technology and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for relevance and potential implementation.
• Lead projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with clinical digital systems such as CTMS, EDC, and clinical analytics platforms.
• Strong project management and training capabilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects effectively.

Education and Experience

• BA/BS in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology.
• Familiarity with FDA guidelines and industry standards for clinical trials.
