Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to lead the design, development, and delivery of digital systems supporting Global Clinical Development Operations and other R&D functions. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical trial operations, technology solutions, and analytics/reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical or related industries, proficiency in managing complex projects, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development and delivery of digital systems for GCDO operations.
- Collaborate with various R&D functions and stakeholders on technology implementation and management.
- Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions to optimize trial performance.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies relevant to GCDO operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance digital capabilities.
Requirements
- IT proficiency in clinical digital systems and analytics tools.
- Extensive experience in clinical trials management and technology utilization.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global matrix environment.
Educational Requirements
- BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology.
- Familiarity with FDA guidelines and industry standards for clinical data management.
- Knowledge of FDA Part 11 and software validation principles.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $120,000-$180,000, with additional incentives and equity grants based on individual performance and market competitiveness. Jazz offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible vacation options.
