Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for independently managing a store. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance.
• Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork.
• Manage customer concerns and maintain store quality standards.
• Participate in hiring and lead weekly scheduling.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Monitor budgets, maintain inventory, and ensure a safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting company policies and managing expenses.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
