Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. As part of the training program, you will learn all aspects of running a store effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supervising store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and implementing operational plans while fostering team development.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
- Supervise team operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure store standards are maintained.
- Assist in hiring and training staff, manage schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage store payroll, budgets, inventory, and merchandising.
- Ensure a safe and organized store environment.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Prior management experience preferred.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of retail experience. Management experience is a plus.
Travel
Flexibility to train at multiple locations may be required.
