We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for effectively managing a store. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing, create operational plans, and mentor the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team performance for superior customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and management preferred.
