We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will engage in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team schedules, and developing operational plans. This role involves mentoring and developing your team to achieve store performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver high customer service standards.

Requirements
