Job Description

As a Manager in Training at Aldi, you will undergo comprehensive training to efficiently run a store and prepare for a leadership role. Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules and staffing, and developing operational plans. You will mentor and lead a team to achieve store performance goals.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (salary + bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance.
• Communicate company strategy and values to create a cohesive team environment.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards.
• Manage store personnel, schedules, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure store meets budget and loss targets.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and product quality.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred
