Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to efficiently run a store, supervise daily operations, manage schedules, develop action plans, and lead a team. The position offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $105,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Manage store operations, including staffing, product quality, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
