We are looking for a Manager in Training at Aldi to join our team. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour with an estimated earning potential of up to $105,000 in year one. As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and mentoring the team to ensure overall store performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising team operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Implementing company strategy and core values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Handling customer concerns and maintaining store standards.
• Participating in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Managing store payroll, budgets, and inventory.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.

Education and Experience:

• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
