Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of effectively managing a store, preparing you for a successful career as a Store Manager. You will be involved in supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and developing operational strategies.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategy and core values to foster teamwork.
• Manage store operations, staffing, and schedules.
• Ensure store merchandise quality and proper signage.
• Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
