Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Technician to join Cargill's protein and salt business division in Fort Morgan, CO. As a part of Cargill's global team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical equipment to support our commitment to providing high-quality food products.
Responsibilities
- Operate standard maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Adhere to safety regulations and develop best practices for maintaining equipment.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to resolve maintenance-related problems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends and eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship.
- Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Completion of a Mechanical Aptitude test.
- Prior work experience within the last 12 months.
