Job Description

Responsibilities
- Enforce departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage supply purchases and staffing schedules based on patient census.
- Provide technical expertise and training to staff members.
- Handle problem-solving and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
- Develop and update policy manuals for compliance with accrediting agencies.

- Resolve departmental challenges and keep management informed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- MT/MLT certification from ASCP required.
- 5-7 years of experience in a hospital microbiology lab setting.
