Job Description
We are looking for a Mobile Fleet Service Technician to join Deaton Fleet Solutions, a rapidly expanding fleet maintenance network. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components. Your responsibilities will include performing essential maintenance tasks, completing required forms and inputting information into the fleet management system, responding to vehicle issues in the field, and conducting routine preventive maintenance and repair work on fleet vehicles and equipment. In addition, you will have the opportunity to grow with us in a family-oriented, tech-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform essential maintenance and DOT inspections on fleet vehicles.
- Maintain clean work areas and dispense essential fluids.
- Complete forms and input data into the fleet management system.
- Respond to vehicle issues in the field.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repair work on fleet vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fleet repair experience.
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
- Basic computer skills for repair submissions.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
