As a Mobile Trailer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Commercial Semi Tractors and Trailers both on the road and in our facilities. Additionally, you will be providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining detailed records of inspections and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Semi Tractors and Trailers.
• Write detailed work orders for Mobile Road Calls and In Yard services.
• Provide high-quality customer service and respond promptly to client queries.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-truck and trailer components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Trailer repair experience and 2+ years of Diesel repair experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift over 100 pounds and use basic computer skills.
• Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks efficiently.
• Basic reading and writing skills for customer repair orders.
