Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring timely and safe pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers using industry-standard techniques and technology.
- Adhere to varying duties and schedules based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
- At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training opportunities available for those with less experience.
- Must hold a Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Stable work history and strong work ethic desired.
- Clean driving records and passing of DOT pre-employment drug screen and medical requirements.
