Responsibilities

• Document resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Monitor and administer medications following protocols.
• Collaborate with care team on resident's conditions.
• Attend required training and maintain certifications.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the state.
• Experience working with the elderly is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to learn.
• CPR certification and background check required.
