Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Employer Health

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at One Medical's employer health division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel at on-site clinics, provide a range of medical services, and collaborate with both in-office and virtual clinical teams. As part of a mission-driven company, you will play a key role in transforming healthcare delivery and improving health outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel at employer on-site clinics, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Engage in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care within the last 5 years.
• New York state license obtained before One Medical start date.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and ability to use technology effectively.
• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care and desire to be part of a team driving healthcare innovation.
