Oncology Account Manager (Toledo)

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Oncology Account Manager to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Oncology Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology products, building and managing relationships with healthcare specialists in your assigned territory, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products to healthcare providers in designated areas.
• Educate physicians and professionals about the company's products and approved indications.
• Achieve sales targets and forecasts.
• Organize meetings for medical and product information exchanges.
• Analyze territory to understand prescribing processes and adapt plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with Technical Staff to increase product revenue.
• Develop business and tactical plans for the assigned territory.
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Support company sales strategy and maintain a positive image of Jazz Pharmaceuticals.

Requirements

• Four-year college/university degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Oncology sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of competitor products and disease states desired.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Post-graduate business school study or training.
• 5 years pharmaceutical specialty sales experience or 3 years of Oncology sales experience required.
• Experience with Hematology, Solid tumor sales, AML, or Lung Cancer highly preferred.
• Community Oncology practice experience and Key Account knowledge preferred.
