Oncology Account Manager (West Palm Beach)
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to promote our innovative products and build strong business relationships with therapeutic specialists in the West Palm Beach area. As part of the commercial team, you will implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Skills
- Strategic Account Management: Strong sales analytics, customer understanding, and strategic planning skills to develop tailored strategies for each customer.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to advance business interests and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Selling Effectiveness: Promote Adult Oncology products effectively, staying informed of industry trends and clinical developments.
- Product and Scientific Knowledge: Educate healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products and demonstrate clinical expertise.
- Execution: Organize meetings, represent the company at conferences, and utilize CRM tools for effective customer interactions.
Required Experience
- Four-year degree
- Oncology experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Experience
- Post-graduate business training
- Minimum 5 years in oncology market
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge
- Strategic account management experience
- Business acumen and problem-solving skills
