As a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe loading/unloading of freight, guiding workers, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Create a clean and safe working environment.
• Safely handle hazardous materials and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with proper freight handling techniques.
