General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, values-driven culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Experience in transportation or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling and logistics.
