ArcBest, through its subsidiary ABF Freight, is seeking an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As part of one of the country's largest LTL carriers, you will play a key role in overseeing the timely and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain proper load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Support safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
