General Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe and efficient freight loading and unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation through proper load balance.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training and feedback.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment, emphasizing the safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with experience in service center, transportation, or related fields.
• Proven supervisory experience is a plus, with general knowledge of freight and proper handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
