We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. ABF Freight, a trusted LTL carrier and an ArcBest company, is expanding, and we need individuals with dedication and skills to provide exceptional transportation and logistics solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage resources for timely and safe freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation through proper load balance.
• Assign and coordinate job tasks for loading and unloading schedules.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team-driven environment to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior service center or transportation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of freight handling techniques.
