Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Over Night Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing care following developed care plans and physician instructions. Your responsibilities include observing and assessing patient conditions, documenting care activities, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver quality patient care in line with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient conditions and report changes.
• Document all care activities and nursing actions promptly.
• Develop, update, and implement nursing care plans.
• Take appropriate nursing actions based on assessments.
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs.
• Ensure infection control measures compliance.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care.
• Maintain competencies through educational programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state Registered Nurse license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.

Preferences

• Recent clinical care experience.
• Home health experience.
