Part Time Registered Nurse - Cardiac and Vascular Care

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Registered Nurse to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac and Vascular Care Unit, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating care for post-procedural extended recovery and observational care patients. Utilizing the nursing process, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient care in the Cardiac Vascular Care Unit.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver nursing care, patient education, and other care-related activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certification.
• Completion of Cardiac Rhythm and Critical Care courses within specified timeframes.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and collaborate effectively.
