Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, creating displays, and ensuring a fresh inventory. Cashiers will process purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work collaboratively with a great team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards in all tasks.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain inventory accuracy as a Stocker.
• Process purchases, provide excellent customer service, and help with inventory counts as a Cashier.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
• Effective communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and knowledge of products is preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and carry items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate equipment safely and follow all procedures for a safe work environment.
