Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining product availability and presentation on our shelves, while Cashiers provide excellent customer service at the checkout. Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities Include:

General

• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with leaders.
• Maintaining security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Performing other assigned duties as needed.

Cashier

• Processing customer purchases and providing exceptional service.
• Stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and adhering to cash policies.

Stocker

• Stocking shelves and ensuring proper rotation of products.
• Following merchandising guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Operating equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
