Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi's new store. As a vital member of our store operations, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Whether you are working as a Cashier, Stocker, or Store Associate, your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, maintaining store security, providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and operating equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform cashier duties, including processing purchases and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds.
• Previous retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
