Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience of our customers in a collaborative environment. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Stocker, you will ensure products are neatly stocked, create appealing displays, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Operate registers or machinery efficiently.
• Stock shelves ensuring product rotation and availability.
• Follow store inventory guidelines and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Operate machinery safely, following all guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Effective time management and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
