Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Stocker, you will ensure fresh products are available, create merchandised displays, and operate machinery safely. The role involves physical demands such as standing, lifting, and carrying items in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and assist them with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves neatly and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create well-merchandised displays.
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.

Education and Experience

• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
