Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a cashier, you will process purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain store cleanliness. If you are assigned as a stocker, you will ensure shelves are stocked with fresh products and merchandise displays are attractive. Both positions require teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to operate machinery safely.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include collaborating with team members, maintaining confidentiality, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, operating machinery, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective time management skills
• Knowledge of retail products and services

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is advantageous. The ability to operate a cash register or equipment like electric/manual hand jacks is beneficial.
