Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our Medical Surgical team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position offers night shifts and the opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with registered nurses to provide safe and compassionate patient care.
• Assist patients with daily activities and tasks, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment.
• Monitor and report patients' vital signs and condition regularly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations and interventions.
• Participate in hourly rounding and shift reports.
• Perform direct patient care duties, including basic medical procedures and support tasks.
• Contribute to a safe and orderly patient and staff environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and respond promptly to patient needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
• Certification as a CNA, PCT, or paramedic desirable.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy a plus.
