Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ: JAZZ) is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. We are looking for a National Payer Account Executive specializing in Medicaid to manage relationships with Fee for Service and Managed Medicaid accounts. The role involves ensuring market access for Jazz products, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategic relationships within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute market access strategies for Jazz products in assigned Medicaid Accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize reimbursement support services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in National Accounts.
• Conduct business reviews to identify opportunities and challenges in market access.
• Negotiate rebate agreements with target payers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of pharma/biopharmaceutical experience with a focus on Medicaid accounts.
• Experience in team leadership and cross-organizational projects.
• Proficiency in healthcare, formulary development, and compliance laws.
• Demonstrated Jazz core competencies and values.
• BA/BS Degree required (MBA, JD, or PharmD preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specialty products, rare diseases, and managed markets.
• Clinical knowledge in Sleep/Neuroscience or Oncology is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
