Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business at the club by exceeding fitness financial targets through the development of a high-performing team. Your primary goal will be to help our members achieve their physical, mental, and emotional fitness goals while ensuring they enjoy a world-class experience with every visit.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team that embodies VASA's core values and drives accountability.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
- Develop an agile personal training team to meet the specific needs of each client by following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
- Create a welcoming environment in and around the Personal Training Cage to engage with members, clients, and guests.
- Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value by providing safe and clean training spaces and maximizing their training experience.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients, encouraging growth and development.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members and coaching personal trainers on client consultations and package recommendations.
- Collaborate with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.

- Competitive base rate of $18.00- $24.00 per hour with monthly bonus and milestone opportunities.
- Total compensation range of $50,180 - $68,800 annually.
