Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced individual to join VASA Fitness as a Personal Fitness Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business at the club, exceeding financial targets, and ensuring every member has an exceptional fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Create a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and their clients.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value in personal training.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales tactics.
• Achieve monthly sales goals by contributing to attracting new clients.
